  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries with precision and integrity.
  • Support office administration and coordination, ensuring all front office activities run smoothly.
  • Advocate for patients and communicate office policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate initiative by identifying urgent tasks and taking responsibility for timely and efficient execution, ensuring that personal productivity aligns with office goals.
  • Proactively recommend improvements to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency, and lead the implementation of these changes.
  • Display flexibility by assisting in other roles, such as a Medical Assistant, during staff shortages to ensure continuous patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay adept with the latest in healthcare protocols and office technology.
